Progressive Policy

Corvallis School Board has become a leader in progressive, evidence-based school policy in many areas. This policy must be continually re-examined and reinforced to provide the best and most up-to-date interventions for students.

Areas of focus

for current school policy

Judah believes in many of the current school policies, and would resolve to maintain or strengthen those policies. These include:

-Least restrictive behavioral interventions

-Progressive disciplinary and expulsion policy

-Inclusive environments, including language, physical space, educational programming, staffing, and training.

-Future-focused environmental policy.
